Darktrace today announced it is opening an office in Riyadh to serve customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The opening marks a significant milestone in Darktrace’s global expansion and reinforces its long-term commitment to supporting customers and partners with AI-powered cybersecurity solutions across the MENA region. Darktrace has had a presence in the region since opening its Dubai office in 2017.
The Riyadh office, situated in the landmark Kingdom Centre, will provide an additional location for Darktrace to serve its 280 customers across MENA with local expertise, customer and partner engagement, and technical support. It comes as Darktrace continues to build significant momentum in the region, achieving average annual growth of more than 40% over the past five years. Today, Darktrace employs around 30 people across MENA, a number set to increase with the addition of the Riyadh office, and works with a strong channel ecosystem that includes partners such as Alnafitha IT and Innovative Solutions.
“With Saudi Arabia investing more than $14.9 billion in AI and emerging technologies and its cybersecurity market set to grow at up to 13% annually, our presence in Riyadh ensures we can support organizations in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving markets in the world,” said Nicole Eagan, Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor, Darktrace.
“It’s another important step in Darktrace’s growth strategy as we continue to invest in markets where we see strong demand for AI-driven cybersecurity.”
Darktrace’s Riyadh office is expected to open in January 2026, and Darktrace will be a Platinum sponsor of the British Embassy in Riyadh and British Consulate in Jeddah’s celebrations of the King’s Birthday on 17th & 19th November 2025. Darktrace will also host a stand at Black Hat MEA 2025.
