KIOXIA announced the EXCERIA PRO G2 SSD and EXCERIA G3 SSD Series, completing the company’s PCIe 5.0 lineup to offer this next generation technology for various use case.

Built for AI generation and premium system builds that enable heavy workloads required for gaming and creative production, the EXCERIA PRO G2 SSD Series is KIOXIA’s fastest personal SSD to date and offers up to 4TB of capacity. The EXCERIA PRO G2 SSD Series delivers impressive speeds of up to 14,900MB/s for sequential reads and 13,700MB/s for sequential writes for performance-hungry PC environments. Furthermore, thanks to the innovative product labels to enhance heat dissipation, the EXCERIA PRO G2 SSD features optimized cooler performance.

For those looking to take their first step into PCIe 5.0 technology, the EXCERIA G3 SSD is a great place to start. This entry-level series features speeds of up to 10,000MB/s for sequential reads and 9,600MB/s[3] for sequential writes making it excellent for daily-use, AI tasks and helping build a comfortable gaming environment. The EXCERIA G3 SSD Series will be available in 1TB and 2TB capacity options. In addition, 4TB will be joined the capacity lineup in 2026.
