Westcon‑Comstor expands Zscaler partner support

Westcon-Comstor today announced the availability of expanded support services for channel partners working with Zscaler, reinforcing its commitment to delivering services that accelerate partner growth and enable vendors to scale their ecosystems across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Westcon‑Comstor has an established partnership with Zscaler and recently launched its specialist, dedicated ‘Z‑Strike’ business unit, designed to strengthen collaboration and drive smarter growth for Zscaler and CrowdStrike partners.

The distributor recently launched a Westcon MSSP for Zscaler Programme, complemented by its existing support services.

Built for managed security service providers (MSSPs) and authorised Zscaler partners in the Zscaler MSSP Programme, the new Westcon initiative enables partners to support small and mid-sized customers with greater ease, simplifying transactions, speeding onboarding and delivering the flexibility needed for partners to scale.

Through an end‑to‑end support model, the distributor is now delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support, managing troubleshooting and escalation, and providing Zscaler partners with a single point of contact.

“These initiatives underscore our commitment to delivering distribution‑led support that enables partners to focus on delivering world‑class security outcomes to their customers, while allowing vendors to scale their services by leveraging adoption through the channel,” said Martin Flensburg, Vice President Services Delivery and Go‑To‑Market, Europe at Westcon‑Comstor. “By embedding our services into Zscaler’s support processes for partners, we are demonstrating the added value that distribution brings – reducing complexity and making life easier for both partners and vendors.”

“Westcon-Comstor is a strategic Zscaler distribution partner, and this expanded services model reflects the strength of our collaboration and shared commitment to accelerating partner success,” said Anthony Torsiello, Senior Vice President, Global Partner Ecosystem at Zscaler. “By deepening operational alignment and investing in scalable support capabilities, Westcon is helping extend the reach of the Zscaler platform across EMEA, while enabling partners to deliver more integrated security outcomes for our joint customers.”
