MSI has unveiled the new Prestige N16 Flip AI+ across the UAE and the wider Middle East, marking the company’s first laptop developed in collaboration with NVIDIA and powered by the new RTX Spark N1X chip. Designed as a premium thin-and-light 2-in-1 device, the laptop combines NVIDIA’s full-stack AI platform, RTX technologies, and advanced power efficiency to deliver high-performance AI computing, creative workflows, and productivity in a highly portable form factor. The first wave of availability has been launched exclusively through Virgin Megastore.
The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is offered in two configurations tailored to different user needs. The first model features 64GB RAM and 1TB storage paired with a 16-inch 2.8K OLED display, priced at AED 18,999. MSI positions this variant as an ideal choice for developers, students, creators, and professionals seeking strong AI and creative performance. The flagship version comes equipped with 128GB RAM and 2TB storage alongside a 16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED display, priced at AED 29,999. This configuration is designed for demanding AI workloads, including running local AI models with more than 120 billion parameters, intensive 3D rendering, and professional-grade color grading.
At the heart of the new laptop is NVIDIA’s RTX Spark Superchip, which integrates a Blackwell RTX GPU with up to 6,144 CUDA cores and a 20-core Grace CPU into a single platform, capable of delivering up to one petaflop of FP4 AI performance. The system also supports up to 128GB of unified LPDDR5X memory, enabling large AI models to run entirely on-device without relying on cloud resources.
To sustain performance during intensive computing tasks, MSI has incorporated a Vapor Chamber thermal solution with IntraFlow and Silent Cooling technologies. This cooling architecture is designed to maintain stable performance during extended AI processing, content creation, and professional workloads while keeping system noise under control.
The premium display experience is another standout feature of the Prestige N16 Flip AI+. The top-tier model includes a 16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED touchscreen with a 120Hz variable refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, Delta E below one for professional color accuracy, and DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification with peak brightness reaching 1,600 nits. Both models feature Gorilla Glass-protected touch displays and support pen input for creative and productivity applications.
The device’s versatile 360-degree flip design enables multiple usage modes, including laptop, tablet, tent, and presentation configurations. Despite its flexibility, the chassis remains remarkably portable, measuring between 13.9mm and 16.9mm in thickness and weighing less than 1.9kg. MSI also includes the Nano Pen, which docks neatly within a dedicated groove integrated into the laptop.
Powering the system is a large 99.9Wh battery that supports USB-C Power Delivery up to 140W and can recharge to 50 percent capacity in approximately 30 minutes. Connectivity options include dual USB4 Type-C ports, two USB-A 3.2 ports, HDMI 2.1 with support for 8K output at 120Hz, an SD card reader, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
Running Windows 11 Pro, the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ also delivers the full Copilot+ PC experience with AI-powered features such as Noise Cancellation, Windows Hello authentication, and MSI Center S optimized for Arm architecture with dedicated AI Zone capabilities.
MSI says the laptop is designed for a broad range of users, including AI developers building and testing local AI agents, students and researchers experimenting with generative and agentic AI technologies, creative professionals requiring large memory capacities and color-accurate displays, and business users seeking enhanced privacy, security, and all-day productivity through on-device AI processing.
Commenting on the launch, Mudit Nigam, NB Marketing Manager at MSI, said the RTX Spark-powered Prestige series is redefining what a single device can accomplish. He noted that while gamers benefit from the performance, responsiveness, and visual fidelity of the platform, the real transformation lies in its ability to support AI workloads, accelerate creative tasks, and enable generative AI experimentation locally while giving users greater control over their data. According to Nigam, the new generation of MSI Prestige laptops eliminates the need for separate machines dedicated to gaming, content creation, and professional productivity by bringing all three capabilities together in a single device.
