ManageEngine powers Saudi Arabia’s digital evolution at LEAP Riyadh 2025

Prasanna Venkatesh Srinivasan, Associate Director at ManageEngine, highlights the company’s showcase of its comprehensive suite of enterprise IT management solutions at the recently concluded LEAP Riyadh 2025, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 with AI-driven digital transformation, advanced cloud capabilities, and enhanced cybersecurity for the Kingdom.

What key innovations or solutions are you showcasing at LEAP Riyadh 2025, and how do they address the unique needs of the Saudi and broader Middle East markets?
At LEAP 2025, we were showcasing our comprehensive suite of enterprise IT management solutions, which we have built over a period of 2 decades. Our showcase will include our key IT solutions under different niches, such as  Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Unified Endpoint Management and Security (UEMS) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). With the Kingdom’s aim and efforts directed towards the phenomenal Vision 2030, we at ManageEngine are committed to helping our esteemed customers on their journey to digital transformation and digital excellence by providing our robust suite of IT solutions that are customized to their business needs.

How is your company leveraging Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives, particularly in areas like AI, digital transformation, and sustainability, to drive growth and impact?
ManageEngine is actively working on aiding the Kingdom’s charge in boosting cloud adoption in the region. We offer both on-prem and cloud capabilities for our suite of IT solutions and help our esteemed customers with cloud migration requisites, amongst other services we provide. ManageEngine is actively working on supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in the Kingdom in their digital transformation journey. With the rapid pace of digital transformation, these cities might get left behind in advancements, creating a digital divide. We aim to support businesses by bridging such gaps that may come up. We are also regularly working with our esteemed customers on compliance. With compliance requisites going up in the Kingdom, we are aiding our customers to comply with local regulations.

How do you see trends like AI, 5G, metaverse, and space tech reshaping the regional market, and how is your company positioning itself within these domains?
Since the inception of generative AI, all the industry sectors have been disrupted and influenced by AI technology in one way or another. Ever since its boom, emergent technologies have changed the way businesses work. Our own suite of IT solutions now makes use of AI and ML capabilities to enhance our product capabilities further and better cater to the needs of our esteemed customers. In the AI era where emergent technologies are also creating more opportunities as well as vulnerabilities and cyberthreats, we look to empower our suite of IT solutions with AI and ML capabilities to navigate the digital landscape better.

What role does your company play in addressing critical challenges, such as talent development, cybersecurity, and sustainability, in the Saudi and regional tech ecosystems?
ManageEngine works on a multi-partner model in the Kingdom. As a result, it is important to impart proper training and workshops for both our partners and customers when we meet to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met and handled professionally. We empower our partners in the Kingdom by providing proper knowledge sharing, training modules and conducting workshops to ensure that they are able to step in and solve any issue or query raised from the customers. In an evolving digital landscape such as the Kingdom, a lot of attention is provided towards bolstering our suite of key cybersecurity solutions as well as tackling modern-day cyber threats and risks to ensure that the cyberspace in the Kingdom is safe and secure.

What are your company’s long-term goals for the Middle East, and how does participation in LEAP Riyadh contribute to achieving those ambitions?
ManageEngine has been catering to the needs of our esteemed customers in the Kingdom for over 2 decades now. We are a customer-centric company whose approach has always been to keep our customers at the heart of what we do. The digital transformation journey is indeed long, and it has always been a shared experience between our customers and our organization itself, wherein we help each other to understand the need of the hour and what needs to be prioritized in that journey. Our participation at LEAP is a part of our commitment to the Kingdom by being there for our customers and also engaging with top industry and tech experts to understand how better to solve the needs of the businesses in the Kingdom.
